High quality chemical hoses
As part of our further development, we expanded our expertise to hose technology in 2012. Our hose range includes technically high-quality hoses for highly corrosive liquids, gases and vapours. This mainly includes convoluted PTFE hoses with polypropylene or stainless steel braiding, elastomer hoses and silicone hoses.
Our hoselines are designed for the most demanding applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics and food industries and are manufactured according to strict quality and safety standards.
Manufacturing
High in-house production depth
Our strength lies in a high level of production depth, as we carry out both design and development in-house and manufacture or process and test all components on site.
The hoselines are assembled in-house according to the customer's specifications. This means that the PTFE connections are manually flared and crimped. Working with Teflon is a skill that we have acquired and requires a great deal of experience and knowledge.
We distinguish ourselves not only through the top quality of our hose manufacturers, but also thanks to the completely assembled hoseline, which we manufacture and test according to your quality requirements.

What we offer
We offer you the complete range of services for assembled hoses: From customised hose cutting to the assembly of all common fitting systems with half-shells or crimped fittings.
The hoses can be marked and labelled at your request. Each hose is given a serial number and can be clearly identified.
We value the highest quality in all our manufacturing work. All hoses assembled by avintos are subjected to a pressure and leak test and conform to the PED.
Fast and flexible
High availability through fast delivery
We have a large stock of standard components which allows us to deliver most PTFE and silicone hoses within one to two weeks. In emergencies, we can often deliver the same day or the following day.
For special fittings that are not available from stock, it takes a little more time. Nevertheless, we are flexible due to our in-depth production in Rheinfelden and can react quickly with our modern machines and equipment.
